- 贷款公司分公司的筹建方案，应事先报监管办事处备案。 The preparatory establishment plan of a branch company of a loan company shall be provided to the regulatory office for archival purposes.
- 筹建机构不得从事任何保险业务经营活动。 The preparing body may not be engaged in any commercial activities concerning insurance.
- 从事汇兑业务、支付清算业务、基金销售业务和保险经纪业务的机构报告涉嫌恐怖融资的可疑交易适用本办法。 The present Measures are applicable to the report of transactions suspicious of financing for terrorist purposes by institutions conducting remittance, payment and clearing business, fund sale business and insurance brokerage.
- 正副总经理（或正副厂长）由合营各方分别担任。? The president and vice-president(s) (or the general manager and assistant general manager(s) in a factory) shall be chosen from the various parties to the equity joint venture.
- 首席仲裁员与被选定或者被指定的两名仲裁员组成仲裁庭,共同审理案件。 The presiding arbitrator and the two appointed arbitrators will jointly form an arbitration tribunal to jointly hear the case.
- 具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。 The previous paragraph does not apply to any gift contract the nature of which serves public interests or fulfills a moral obligation, such as disaster relief, poverty relief, etc., or any gift contract which has been notarized.
- 该机器设备的作价不得高于同类机器设备当时的国际市场正常价格。 The price fixed for the aforesaid machinery and equipment shall not be higher than the normal price for similar machinery and equipment sold on the international market at the time.
- 前述价格应当报物价管理机关和税务机关备案，并接受其监督。 The pricing mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be reported to the administrative authorities for prices and the tax authorities for the record, and shall be placed under their supervision.
- 外资企业依照批准的销售比例在中国市场销售产品的价格，应当执行中国有关价格管理的规定。 The pricing of products to be sold by a foreign-capital enterprise on the Chinese market in accordance with the approved sales proportion shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of China concerning the administration of prices.
- 以超过票面金额为股票发行价格的，须经国务院证券管理部门批准。 The pricing of shares issued at above par value is subject to approval by the securities regulatory authority under the State Council.
- 个人的外汇储蓄存款，实行存款自愿、取款自由、存款有息、为储户保密的原则。 The principle of ""voluntariness to deposit, freedom to withdraw, payment of interests to bank saving deposits, and keeping secret for depositors"" shall be implemented for the depositing of foreign exchanges by individuals.
- 证券交易的集中竞价应当实行价格优先、时间优先的原则。 The principle of price and time preference shall be practiced in centralized price bidding in stock trading.
- 禁止在境外印制发票。 The printing of invoices abroad is prohibited.
- 私营企业对从事关系到人身健康、生命安全的行业或者工种的职工，必须按照国家规定向保险公司投保。 The private enterprise must procure insurance for the staff and workers engaging in such jobs related to the health and security of their life according to the provisions of the State.
- 取得法人资格的私营企业违反登记管理规定，按照《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》的规定处罚。 The private enterprise qualified as legal person which violates the provisions for administration of registration shall be punished according to the Regulation of the People's Republic of China for Registration of Enterprise Legal Perso n.
- 私营企业必须在国家法律、法规和政策规定的范围内从事经营活动。 The private enterprise shall conduct its business within the scope stipulated by laws, regulations and policies of the State.
- 私营企业不得从事军工、金融业的生产经营，不得生产经营国家禁止经营的产品。 The private enterprise shall not be engaged in military industry and banking, and cannot produce and deal in the products prohibited by the State.
- 私营企业有条件的应当为职工办理社会保险。 The private enterprise, if having capacity, shall procure social insurance for its staff and workers.
- 外国财产保险公司撤销其在中国境内分公司的具体程序，适用《条例》及本细则有关合资、外资财产保险公司申请解散的程序。 The procedures of application for dissolution of a joint-equity or foreign-funded property insurance company specified in the Regulations and these Rules shall be applicable to the specific procedures for the foreign property insurance company to cancel its branch in China.
- 发行公司债券筹集的资金，必须用于审批机关批准的用途，不得用于弥补亏损和非生产性支出。 The proceeds from issuance of company bonds shall be used for the purpose approved by the approval authority, and may not be used to cover losses and non-operating expenditures.
- 检察机关要及时做好此类案件的批捕、起诉和诉讼监督工作；加强与相关部门的沟通联系，及时处理需要协调的事项。 The procuratorial authorities shall effectively run in the approval of arrest, prosecution and oversight of litigation in such cases; and enhance the communication and contact with the relevant authorities and effectively cope with the matters needing coordination.
- 合作企业销售产品的价格，由合作企业依法自行确定。 The product prices of a contractual JV are subject to the venture's own decision according to law.
- 工本管理费应专款专用，不得挪作他用，省级税务机关应制定具体管理制度。 The production cost and management fee shall be regarded as a special fund for special purpose and shall not be diverted to other purposes, provincial- level tax authorities shall formulate a concrete management system.
- 私营企业的生产发展基金可以用于本企业扩大再生产、向其他企业投资、偿还贷款或者弥补本企业的亏损。用于其他用途，须经税务机关批准。 The productive development fund of a private enterprise may be used in the fields of increasing its capital for production expansion, investing in other enterprises, paying off its loan or making up the losses of the enterprise. If used for other purposes, it must be approved by the tax authority.
- 福州台商投资区内设立的生产性台商投资企业，减按15%税率征收企业所得税，非生产性台资企业，减按24%税率征收企业所得税。? The productive enterprises invested and set up in Fuzhou Taiwan Businessmen Investment Area shall be subject to the enterprise income tax at the reduced rate of 15% and non-productive Taiwan-funded enterprises shall be subject to the enterprise income tax at the reduced rate of 24%.
