If the grounds for the challenge come out or are made known after the first oral hearing, the challenge may nevertheless be raised before the conclusion of the last hearing.

- 公司增加注册资本的，应当自股款缴足之日起３０日内申请变更登记。股份有限公司增加注册资本的，应当提交国务院授权部门或者省、自治区、直辖市人民政府的批准文件；以募集方式增加注册资本的，还应当提交国务院证券管理部门的批准文件。 A company which increases its registered capital shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of paying in full share funds. A company limited by shares which increases its registered capital shall submit the approval documents from the state-authorized department or the people's government of a province, an autonomous region or a municipality directly under the Central Government; and if the company increases its registered capital by the offer method, the approval documents from the securities administration authorities of the State Council shall also be submitted.
- 公司合并、分立的，应当自合并、分立决议或者决定作出之日起９０日后申请登记，提交合并协议和合并、分立决议或者决定以及公司在报纸上登载公司合并、分立公告至少三次的证明和债务清偿或者债务担保情况的说明。 A company which is merged or divided shall apply for registration within 90 days from the date of making the resolution or decision of merger or division, and should submit the merger agreement and resolution or decision of merger of division, the certificates of the company's public notices of the merger or division carried in a newspaper at least three times and the illustration of paying debt or of debt assurance.
- 公司减少注册资本的，应当自减少注册资本决议或者决定作出之日起９０日后申请变更登记，并应当提交公司在报纸上登载公司减少注册资本公告至少三次的有关证明和公司债务清偿或者债务担保情况的说明。 A company which reduces its registered capital shall apply for registration of change within 90 days from the date of making the resolution or decision of reducing its registered capital, and shall submit the relevant certificates of the company's public notices of reducing registered capital carried in a newspaper at least three times and the company's illustration of paying debt or of debt assurance.
- 年度检验中隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假的，由公司登记机关处以１万元以上５万元以下的罚款，并限期改正；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。 A company who conceals real situations and practices fraud shall be fined at least RMB 10,000 and no more than RMB 100,000 by the company registration authority, and shall be ordered to remedy the wrongs within a fixed time limit. If the case is serious, the company's business license shall be revoked.
- 自本条例施行之日起设立公司，未经公司登记机关核准登记的，不得以公司名义从事经营活动。 A company, where it is established after the date of coming into effect of these Regulations, shall not engage in business activities in the name of a company without being approved to register by the company registration authority.

- 出口属于自由出口的技术，合同自依法成立时生效，不以登记为合同生效的条件。 A contract for exporting a technology takes effect from the time when the contract is established according to law without taking the registration thereof as a condition for the contract to be effective.
- 进口属于自由进口的技术，合同自依法成立时生效，不以登记为合同生效的条件。 A contract for importing a freely importable technology takes effect from the time when the contract is established according to law, without taking the registration thereof as a condition for the contract to be effective.
- 借款合同的内容包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。 A contract for loan of money includes terms such as the loan's type, currency, purpose, amount, interest rate, term and method of repayment, etc.
- 当事人之间就具有产业应用价值的科技成果实施转化订立的合同，参照技术开发合同的规定。 A contract on the conversion of a scientific achievement with potential for industrial application is governed by reference to the provisions applicable to technology development contracts.
- 法律、行政法规规定采用书面形式的，应当采用书面形式。当事人约定采用书面形式的，应当采用书面形式。 A contract shall be in writing if a relevant law or administrative regulation so requires. A contract shall be in writing if the parties have so agreed.
- 合作企业在经批准的经营范围内所需的原材料、燃料等物资，按照公平、合理的原则，可以在国内市场或者在国际市场购买。 A contractual joint venture may purchase, on both the domestic market and the world market, the raw and processed materials, fuels, etc. within its approved scope of operation.

- 合作企业应当为本企业工会提供必要的活动条件。 A contractual joint venture shall provide the necessary conditions for the venture's trade union to carry out its activities.
- 合作企业期满或者提前终止，应当向工商行政管理机关和税务机关办理注销登记手续。 A contractual joint venture shall, upon the expiration or termination in advance of its term, cancel its registration with the administrative authorities for industry and commerce and the tax authorities.
