- （四）怀疑客户或者其交易对手是恐怖组织、恐怖分子以及从事恐怖融资活动人员的。 4. any client or his/its trading counterpart suspicious of being a terrorist organization, terrorist or person conducting financing activities for terrorist purposes;
- （四）中国证监会规定的其他情形。 4. any other circumstance as prescribed by the CSRC.
- (四)妨碍社会安定和危害人身、财产安全，损害社会公共利益； 4. Anything that would be injurious to social stability, personal and property safety and social public interests;

- （五）因不可抗力导致行政许可事项无法实施的。 5. An administrative licensing item cannot be implemented owing to force majeure.
- （五）怀疑资金或者其他形式财产来源于或者将来源于恐怖组织、恐怖分子、从事恐怖融资活动人员的。 5. any fund or any other form of property suspicious of being sourced from or being about to source from any terrorist organization, terrorist or person conducting financing activities for terrorist purposes;
- (五)妨碍社会公共秩序和违背社会良好风尚； 5. Anything that would jeopardize social and public order and violate good social conventions;

- 八、在清理整顿公司工作结束以后，各地方技术比较密集的大中型生产企业和紧密型企业集团自营本企业产品有关的进出口业务，由各地方对外经贸主管部门审批后报经贸部备案； 8. - 发生亏损的营业机构，应当以该营业机构以后度的盈利弥补其亏损，弥补亏损后仍有利润的，再按该营业机构所适用的税率纳税； A business organization which incurs losses shall offset losses using profits of the subsequent year of the business organization; tax shall be paid on the profit remaining after the offsetting of such losses according to the tax rate applicable to the business organization;
