- 从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位应当至少每一个月对高毒作业场所进行一次职业中毒危害因素检测；至少每半年进行一次职业中毒危害控制效果评价。 The employing units that engage in the operations in which high toxic substances are used shall, at least once a month, detect factors of occupational poisoning hazards in the workplaces where high toxic substances are used, and shall evaluate the effect of control over occupational poisoning hazards at least once every six months.
- 职工放假期间,由企业发给生活费。? The Enterprises shall distribute living expenses to such staff and workers during their leave period.
- 企业应当按照国家有关国有资产管理的规定,在资金、场地、原材料和设备等方面给予扶持。? The Enterprises shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant State-owned assets management, give them full support with respect to capital, sites, raw materials, equipment, etc.

- 劳务派遣单位应当与被派遣劳动者订立二年以上的固定期限劳动合同，按月支付劳动报酬； The labor contracts between a worker dispatch service provider and the workers to be dispatched shall be labor contract with a fixed term of more than two years, and the remunerations thereof shall be paid by the labor dispatch service provider on a monthly basis.
- 劳务派遣单位应当与被派遣劳动者订立二年以上的固定期限劳动合同，按月支付劳动报酬； The labor contracts between dispatching Units and the laborers to be dispatched shall be fixed term labor contracts with a term of no less than two years. Dispatching Units shall pay labor remuneration on a monthly basis.
- 被派遣劳动者在无工作期间，劳务派遣单位应当按照所在地人民政府规定的最低工资标准，向其按月支付报酬。 The labor remuneration paid by dispatching Units for periods during which there is no work may not be lower than the local minimum wage rate announced by the people’s government where the dispatching Unit is located.
- 非全日制用工劳动报酬结算支付周期最长不得超过十五日。 The labor remuneration settlement cycle for non-full time labor may not exceed 15 days.
- 工会组织对用人单位违反职业病防治法律、法规，侵犯劳动者合法权益的行为，有权要求纠正；产生严重职业病危害时，有权要求采取防护措施，或者向政府有关部门建议采取强制性措施；发生职业病危害事故时，有权参与事故调查处理；发现危及劳动者生命健康的情形时，有权向用人单位建议组织劳动者撤离危险现场，用人单位应当立即作出处理。 The labor union is entitled to: demand rectification of the Employer’s practices in violation of the occupational-disease-prevention laws and regulations or infringing against the laborers’ legal rights; require the Employer to take prevention measures or suggest the competent government agencies to take compulsive measures upon the occurrence of severe occupational-disease harm; get involved in the investigation and settlement of the occupational-disease-inductive accidents; suggest the Employer to remove the laborers from the hazardous site upon the occurrence that endangers the life and health of the laborers. Upon the request of the labor union, the Employer should adopt prompt measures therefor.
