- 第七条国家对遵守戒严令和实施戒严令的规定的组织和个人，采取有效措施保护其合法权益不受侵犯。 Article 7 With regard to the organizations and individuals that observe the order of martial law and the rules and regulations for executing the order of martial law, the State adopts effective measures to protect their lawful rights and interests from encroachment.
- 第七条《国家安全法》第四条所称""勾结""实施危害国家安全的行为，是指境内组织、个人的下列行为： Article 7 “In collusion” in conducting activities endangering State security mentioned in Article 4 stipulated in the State Security Law refers to any of the following activities conducted by organizations or individuals within the territory:
- 第七条 现役军人必须遵守军队的条令和条例，忠于职守，随时为保卫祖国而战斗。 Article 7. Active servicemen must abide by the rules and regulations of the army, faithfully discharge their duties and always be ready to fight for the defence of the motherland.
- 第七条 条约和重要协定的批准由全国人民代表大会常务委员会决定。 Article 7. The ratification of treaties and important agreements shall be decided upon by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
- 第七条 在保守、保护国家秘密以及改进保密技术、措施等方面成绩显著的单位或者个人，应当给予奖励。 Article 7. Units or individuals that have rendered meritorious services in guarding and protecting state secrets and improving techniques and measures in this field of work shall be awarded.
- 第八条 一切组织和个人都有得到人民防空保护的权利，都必须依法履行人民防空的义务。 Article 8 All organizations and individuals shall have the right of being protected by civil air defense and must perform their duties in civil air defense according to law.
- 第八条 国家安全机关的工作人员依法执行国家安全工作任务时，经出示相应证件，可以进入有关场所；根据国家有关规定，经过批准，出示相应证件，可以进入限制进入的有关地区、场所、单位；查看或者调阅有关的档案、资料、物品。 Article 8 Any functionary of a State security organ may, when carrying out a task for State security, enter any interested site upon producing an appropriate certificate, and may, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, with approval and upon producing an appropriate certificate, enter interested restricted areas, sites or units; and may have access to related files, materials and articles for examination.
- 第八条 申请加入中国国籍获得批准的，即取得中国国籍；被批准加入中国国籍的，不得再保留外国国籍。 Article 8 Any person who applies for naturalization as a Chinese national shall acquire Chinese nationality upon approval of his application; a person whose application for naturalization as a Chinese national has been approved shall not retain foreign nationality.
- 第八条 出口导弹相关物项和技术，应当向国务院外经贸主管部门提出申请，填写导弹相关物项和技术出口申请表（以下简称出口申请表），并提交下列文件： Article 8 Anyone who intends to export missile-related items and technologies shall apply to the competent foreign economic and trade department of the State Council, fill in the export application form for missile-related items and technologies (hereinafter referred to as the export application form), and submit the following documents:

- 第八条申请人应当如实填写核出口申请表。核出口申请表由国家原子能机构统一印制。 ARTICLE 8 Applicants shall truthfully fill out the nuclear export application form. The nuclear export application form shall be centrally designed and printed by the CAEA.

- 第八条 “台独”分裂势力以任何名义、任何方式造成台湾从中国分裂出去的事实，或者发生将会导致台湾从中国分裂出去的重大事变，或者和平统一的可能性完全丧失，国家得采取非和平方式及其他必要措施，捍卫国家主权和领土完整。 Article 8 In the event that the ""Taiwan independence"" secessionist forces should act under any name or by any means to cause the fact of Taiwan's secession from China, or that major incidents entailing Taiwan's secession from China should occur, or that possibilities for a peaceful reunification should be completely exhausted, the state shall employ non-peaceful means and other necessary measures to protect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
- 第八条戒严任务由人民警察、人民武装警察执行； Article 8 Martial law tasks shall be performed by the People's Police and the People's Armedpolice.
- 第八条 外事活动和国家驻外使馆、领馆以及其他外交代表机构对外使用国徽图案的办法，由外交部规定，报国务院批准后施行。 Article 8 Measures for the use of the design of the National Emblem in activities of foreign affairs and by the country's embassies, consulates and other diplomatic missions stationed in other countries shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and submitted to the State Council for approval before implementation.
- 第八条 香港驻军人员对妨碍其执行职务的行为，可以依照在香港特别行政区实施的法律的规定采取措施予以制止。 Article 8 Members of the Hong Kong Garrison may, in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, take measures to stop any act which obstructs their performance of official duties.
- 第八条军品出口经营权由国家军品贸易管理委员会审查批准。具体办法由国家军品贸易管理委员会规定。 ARTICLE 8 Military export authorization is reviewed and granted by the SACMPT. Specific application procedures will be stipulated by the SACMPT.
- 第八条下列行为属于《国家安全法》第四条所称""危害国家安全的其他破坏活动""： Article 8 The following acts shall be included in the scope of “any other act of sabotage endangering State security” mentioned in Article 4 stipulated in the State Security Law:

- 第八条 国家建立全国统一的大地坐标系统、平面坐标系统、高程系统、地心坐标系统和重力测量系统，确定国家大地测量等级和精度，以及国家基本比例尺地图的系列和基本精度。 Article 8 The State shall establish a nationwide unified geodetic coordinate system, plane coordinate system, vertical system, geocentric coordinate system and gravimetric system, and define the classification of orders and classes and precision of the national geodetic survey, as well as the national basic scale map series and their basic precision.
- 第八条 本法第七条第二款所列范围以外的国务院规定须经核准或者缔约各方议定须经核准的协定和其他具有条约性质的文件签署后，由外交部或者国务院有关部门会同外交部，报请国务院核准。 Article 8. After the signing of agreements or other signed instruments of the nature of a treaty which do not fall under Paragraph 2, Article 7 of this Law and which are subject to approval as required by the State Council or as agreed by the contracting parties, the aforesaid agreements or instruments shall be submitted by the Ministry of foreign Affairs or the departments concerned under the State Council in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the State Council for approval.
