- 第六条公民有爱护铁路设施的义务。禁止任何人破坏铁路设施，扰乱铁路运输的正常秩序。 Article 6 Citizens shall have the obligation to take good care of railway installations. Damage to railway installations and disruption of normal railway traffic shall be prohibited.

The number of representatives of the permanent representative offices is to be examined and decided by MCT in the light of the need of their business. In each ratification of the establishment of a permanent representative office, the longest resident period given will be three years.

- 第六条 船舶应当按照标准定额配备足以保证船舶安全的合格船员。 Article 6. Vessels shall be manned with qualified crew members according to a standard quota to ensure the vessels' safety.
- 第六十条海事请求人申请海事强制令错误的，应当赔偿被请求人或者利害关系人因此所遭受的损失。 Article 60 A maritime claimant wrongfully submitting an application for a maritime injunction shall compensate losses incurred by the party who opposes the claim or an interested party.
- 第六十条民用机场新建、扩建的公告发布后，任何单位和个人违反本法和有关行政法规的规定，在依法划定的民用机场范围内和按照国家规定划定的机场净空保护区域内修建、种植或者设置影响飞行安全的建筑物、构筑物、树木、灯光和其他障碍物体的，由机场所在地县级以上地方人民政府责令清除； Article 60 After the issue of announcement concerning the construction and extension of a civil airport, the buildings, structures, trees, lights and other obstacles, that affect flight safety, built, planted or put up in violation of this Law and the provisions of relevant administrative rules and regulations by any unit or individual within the limits of the civil airport defined according to law and within the airport obstacle clearance protection zone defined in accordance with State regulations shall be removed by the order of the local People's Government at or above the county level in the place where the airport is located;
- ?第六十条违反本法规定，携带危险品进站上车或者以非危险品品名托运危险品，导致发生重大事故的，依照刑法第一百一十五条的规定追究刑事责任。企业事业单位、国家机关、社会团体犯本款罪的，处以罚金，对其主管人员和直接责任人员依法追究刑事责任。 Article 60 Any person who, in violation of relevant provisions of this Law, has carried any dangerous article into a railway station or on board a train or has consigned for shipment any dangerous article under a name of a non-dangerous article thus causing a grave accident, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with Article 115 of the Criminal Law. Any enterprise, institution, State organ, or public organization which commits the crime as specified in this Article shall be imposed a fine, and the person in charge of any of the aforesaid unit and the person or persons immediately responsible for the offence shall be investigated for criminal responsibility.
- 第六十条 县级以上地方人民政府交通主管部门利用贷款或者集资建成的收费公路的收费期限，按照收费偿还贷款、集资款的原则，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府依照国务院交通主管部门的规定确定。 Article 60 Terms of collection of tolls of roads built by transportation departments of local people's governments above the county level with loans or funds raised should be determined by the people's governments of respective provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities according to the principle of return of the loans or funds raised through collection of tolls in line with the provisions of the transportation department under the State Council.
- 第六十条 仲裁庭应当根据事实,依照法律和合同规定,参考国际惯例,并遵循公平合理原则,独立公正地作出裁决。 Article 60 The arbitration tribunal shall independently and impartially make its award on the basis of the facts, in accordance with the law and the terms of the contracts, with reference to international practices and in compliance with the principle of fairness and reasonableness.
- 第六十条承运人将货物运输或者部分运输委托给实际承运人履行的，承运人仍然应当依照本章规定对全部运输负责。 Article 60 Where the performance of the carriage or part thereof has been entrusted to an actual carrier, the carrier shall nevertheless remain responsible for the entire carriage according to the provisions of this Chapter.
- 第六十一条故意损毁、移动铁路行车信号装置或者在铁路线路上旋转足以使列车倾覆的障碍物，尚未造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百零八条的规定追究刑事责任；造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百一十条的规定追究刑事责任。 Article 61 Any person who intentionally damages or destroys or causes to move or shift any railway signalling installation, or places on the railway track obstacle(s) that might lead to the overturning of a train without having caused serious consequences shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with Article 108 of the Criminal Law; any person who acts in the aforesaid manner causing serious consequences shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with Article 110 of the Criminal Law.
- 第六十一条海事强制令执行后，有关海事纠纷未进入诉讼或者仲裁程序的，当事人就该海事请求，可以向作出海事强制令的海事法院或者其他有管辖权的海事法院提起诉讼，但当事人之间订有诉讼管辖协议或者仲裁协议的除外。 Article 61 If no litigation or arbitration procedures start for relevant maritime disputes after the execution of the maritime injunction, the parties may bring a law suit for this maritime claim to the maritime court making the maritime injunction or the other maritime court having jurisdiction, except that a jurisdiction agreement or an arbitration agreement has been concluded between the parties.
- 第六十一条在民用机场及其按照国家规定划定的净空保护区域以外，对可能影响飞行安全的高大建筑物或者设施，应当按照国家有关规定设置飞行障碍灯和标志，并使其保持正常状态。 Article 61 In accordance with the relevant regulations of the State, movement obstacle lights and marks shall be installed on high buildings or facilities, outside the civil airport and its obstacle clearance protection zone defined according to State regulations, that will possibly affect flight safety, and shall be kept in normal condition.
- 第六十一条本章对承运人责任的规定，适用于实际承运人。 Article 61 The provisions with respect to the responsibility of the carrier contained in this Chapter shall be applicable to the actual carrier.
- 第六十一条 本法第五十九条第一款第一项规定的公路中的国道收费权的转让，必须经国务院交通主管部门批准；国道以外的其他公路收费权的转让，必须经省、自治区、直辖市人民政府批准，并报国务院交通主管部门备案。 Article 61 The transfer of toll collection right of State road as prescribed in Item 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 59 shall be approved by the transportation department under the State council. The transfer of toll collection right for other roads shall be approved by the people's governments of respective provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and submitted to the transportation department under the State Council for the record.
- 第六十一条 由三名仲裁员组成仲裁庭审理的案件，裁决依一致意见或者多数仲裁员的意见作出，少数仲裁员的不同意见及其理由可以记入笔录并在裁决书中写明。 Article 61 Where an arbitration tribunal composed of three arbitrators hears a case, the award shall be rendered in accordance with the opinion of the unanimity or the majority of the arbitrators and the minority opinion and reason may be recorded on file and written in the award.
- 第六十二条民用机场应当持有机场使用许可证，方可开放使用。 Article 62 A civil airport may be opened to traffic only if it holds an airport operating licence.
- 第六十二条盗窃铁路线路上行车设施的零件、部件或者铁路线路上的器材，危及行车安全，尚未造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百零八条破坏交通设施罪的规定追究刑事责任；造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百一十条破坏交通设施罪的规定追究刑事责任。 Article 62 Any person who steals spare part(s) or component(s) of a train operation facility installed on a railway line or equipment or material(s) attached to a railway line, thus endangering safe operation of the train but without causing any serious consequences, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions regarding the crime of sabotaging traffic facility stipulated in Article 108 of the Criminal Law; any person who acts in the aforesaid manner causing serious consequences shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions regarding the crime of sabotaging traffic facility stipulated in Article 110 of the Criminal Law.
