- “作业”是指在沿海水域调查、 勘探、 开采、测量、建筑、疏浚、爆破、救助、打捞、拖带、捕捞、养殖、装卸、科学试验和其他水上水下施工。 "" Operations "" means investigations, exploration, exploitation, survey, construction, dredging, demolition, rescue, salvage, towing, fishing, aquatic breeding, loading and unloading, scientific experimentation and other surface and underwater operations.
- （三）平常邮件：指邮政企业及其分支机构在收寄时不出具收据，投递时不要求收件人签收的邮件。 (3) ordinary postal materials: referring to the postal materials that postal enterprises and their branch offices do not issue receipts for upon acceptance and posting, and do not request recipients to sign for on delivery.
- （三）国务院民用航空主管部门准予登记的其他民用航空器。 (3) Other civil aircraft, the registration of which is approved by the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council.
- （三）符合法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。 (3) Other conditions conforming to the provisions of laws and administrative rules and regulations.
- （四）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。 (4) Other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative rules and regulations.
- (四)国家规定的其他禁运物品。 (4) Other contraband stipulated by the State.
- （四）国务院邮政主管部门规定的适合邮政企业经营的其他业务。 (4) other suitable businesses stipulated by the competent department of postal services under the State Council.
- （五）其他有关说明资料。 (5) other explanatory data.
- （五）需要告知的其他事项。 (5) other matter that need to be made known.
- (六)其他引起财产损失和人身伤亡的海上交通事故。 (6) Other maritime traffic accidents which cause losses in property and human lives.

- （七）由于发生保险事故可能受到损失的其他财产和产生的责任、费用。 (7) Other property which may sustain loss from a maritime peril and the liability and expenses arising therefrom.
- (八) 双方当事人协议仲裁的其他争议。 (8) Other disputes submitted for arbitration by agreement between parties.
- （八）根据飞行任务应当携带的其他文件。 (8) Other documents that should be carried according to the flight mission.
- (八)与事故有关的其他情况。 (8) Other information related to the accident.
- （八）民航局根据法律、法规、双边协议要求外航提交的其它资料或者文件。 (8) Other material or document asked by Civil Aviation Administration from the foreign airline upon requirement of law, regulation and agreement between both parties.
- （八）需要公告的其他事项。 (8) other particulars as required to be publicized.
- （一）违反本法第四十四条第一款规定，擅自占用、挖掘公路的； 1. Occupying and digging roads in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 44 of this law;
- 工程完成后，建设单位应当按照原有技术标准，或者经协商按照规划标准修复或者改建公路。 On completion of construction, the construction unit must restore or rebuild the highway to its original status or in accordance with the standard agreed upon between the construction unit and the highway department in advance.
- 被救助方根据前款规定先行支付金额后，其根据本法第一百八十八条规定提供的担保金额应当相应扣减。 On the basis of the payment on account made by the party salved in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the security provided under Article 188 of this Code shall be reduced accordingly.
- 保税区与非保税区（指中国境内的其他地区，下同）分界线设置完善的隔离设施。 On the demarcation line between the bonded area and the non-bonded areas (i.e., the other areas within the territory of China, the same below) shall be established well equipped separation installation.
- 经检查、考核、带飞合格的，方可继续担任其执照载明的工作。 Only those qualified through inspection, examination and instruction flight may continue to perform the duties specified in their licences.
- （二）民用航空器遇险时，违反本法第四十八条的规定离开民用航空器的； or(2) Leaving the civil aircraft in distress in violation of the provisions of Article 48 of this Law;
- 船长在其职权范围内发布的命令，船员、旅客和其他在船人员都必须执行。 Orders given by the Master within the scope of his functions and powers must be carried out by other members of the crew, the passengers and all persons on board.
- 机长在其职权范围内发布的命令，民用航空器所载人员都应当执行。 Orders issued by the pilot-in-command within the scope of his functions and powers shall be implemented by all the persons carried by the civil aircraft.
