- 国家和平统一后，台湾可以实行不同于大陆的制度，高度自治。 After the country is reunified peacefully, Taiwan may practice systems different from those on the mainland and enjoy a high degree of autonomy.
- 双边条约和重要协定经批准后，由外交部办理与缔约另一方互换批准书的手续；多边条约和重要协定经批准后，由外交部办理向条约、协定的保存国或者国际组织交存批准书的手续。批准书由中华人民共和国主席签署，外交部长副署。 After the ratification of a bilateral treaty or an important bilateral agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall execute the formalities for the exchange of the instruments of ratification with the other contracting party. After the ratification of a multilateral treaty or an important multilateral agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall execute the formalities for the deposit of the instrument of ratification with the depositary state or international organization. The instrument of ratification shall be signed by the President of the People's Republic of China and countersigned by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
- 前款所列条约、协定签署后，应当区另情况依照本法第七条、第八条、第九条的规定办理批准、核准、备案或者登记手续。通知照会的手续由外交部办理。 After the signing of treaties and agreements listed in the preceding paragraph, the formalities of ratification, approval, entry on the record or registration shall be executed as the case requires in accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of this Law. The formalities of notification by note shall be completed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- 一切国家机关和武装力量、各政党和各社会团体及各企业事业组织，都有维护国家安全的义务。 All State organs, armed forces, political parties, public organizations, enterprises and institutions shall have the duty to safeguard the security of the State.
- （二）高度表 Altimeters;

- （十三）满足如下条件的模拟和数字计算装置： Analogue computers and digital computers having either of the following characteristics:

- 军事禁区、军事管理区的范围调整，依照本法第九条第一款规定的程序办理。? Any adjustment of the limits of the military restricted zones and the military administrative zones shall be handled according to the procedures prescribed in paragraph 1, Article 9 of this Law.
- ??? 以武装掩护走私的，以暴力抗拒检查走私货物、物品的，不论数额大小，都是走私罪。 Any armed smuggling of goods and articles or resistence by violence to Customs examination over smuggled goods and articles constitutes a crime of smuggling, regardless of the quantity or value of the goods and articles involved.
- 国家安全机关工作人员依法执行国家安全工作任务时，应当出示国家安全部侦察证或者其他相应证件。 Any functionary of a State security organ shall, when performing a task for State security pursuant to law, bring forth a reconnaissance certificate issued by the Ministry of State Security or other appropriate certificate.
- 香港驻军人员违反军队纪律的，给予纪律处分。 Any member of the Hong Kong Garrison who breaches military discipline shall be subject to disciplinary sanction.
- 任何组织或者个人对破坏、危害军事设施的行为，都有权检举、控告。? Any organization or individual shall have the right to report on, and make charges against, any act that damages or endangers military installations.
- 非法拘禁、刑讯逼供，构成犯罪的，分别依照刑法第一百四十三条、第一百三十六条的规定处罚。 Any such person who practises unlawful detention or extorts a confession by torture, if the offence constitutes a crime, shall be punished respectively in accordance with the provisions of Article 143 or Article 136 of the Criminal Law.
- 非法持有属于国家秘密的文件、资料和其他物品，构成泄露国家密罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 Anyone, who unlawfully holds documents, materials or other articles classified as State secrets, if the case constitutes the crime of divulging State secrets, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
- 十、为第一项的装卸、控制、待发射和发射而设计或改进的仪器和装置 Apparatus and devices designed or modified for the handling, control, activation and launching of the systems in Item 1
