- 第一百零八条航空运输合同各方认为几个连续的航空运输承运人办理的运输是一项单一业务活动的，无论其形式是以一个合同订立或者数个合同订立，应当视为一项不可分割的运输。 Article 108 Transport to be performed by several successive air carriers is deemed to be one undivided transport, if it has been regarded by the parties to the contract of transport by air as a single operation, whether it had been agreed upon under the form of a single contract or of a series of contracts.
- 第一百零九条设立海事赔偿责任限制基金以后，当事人就有关海事纠纷应当向设立海事赔偿责任限制基金的海事法院提起诉讼，但当事人之间订有诉讼管辖协议或者仲裁协议的除外。 Article 109 After the constitution of a limitation fund for maritime claims, for any maritime disputes, the parties shall bring an action in the maritime court constituting a limitation fund for maritime claims, except that the parties reach an agreement on litigation jurisdiction or arbitration.

- 第十一条 从非保税区运入保税区的货物（包括供生产出口产品的原材料、零部件、元器件、包装物料等），视同出口，并按照国家有关规定办理海关手续。 Article 11 Goods (including raw materials, spare parts and components, primary parts, and packaging supplies for the production of export products), transported from the non-bonded areas into the bonded areas, shall be regarded as export goods, and the Customs procedures shall be completed in accordance with the pertinent provisions promulgated by the State.
- 第十一条公路建设用地，按照《中华人民共和国土地管理法》的规定办理。 Article 11 Land used for highway construction shall be dealt with in accordance with the ""Land utilisation law of the PRC"".
- 第十一条 海底电缆、管道的路由调查、勘测和铺设、维修、拆除等施工作业，不得防害海上正常秩序。 Article 11 Operations such as the investigations and surveying activities for identifying the routes for laying submarine cables and pipelines, the laying, maintenance, and dismantling, must not hamper the normal order of marine navigation and transportation.
