- 乡、民族乡、镇的动物防疫组织应当在动物防疫监督机构的指导下，组织做好动物疫病预防工作。 Animal epidemic prevention organs in townships, nationality townships and towns shall, under the guidance of the supervising agencies for animal epidemic prevention, organize the prevention of animal epidemics.
- 动物产品凭检疫证明、验讫标志出售和运输。 Animal products can be sold or transported on the strength of the quarantine certificate and the inspection mark.
- 染疫动物及其排泄物、染疫动物的产品、病死或者死因不明的动物尸体，必须按照国务院畜牧兽医行政管理部门的有关规定处理，不得随意处置。 Animals infected with epidemic diseases and their excrement, products made from animals infected with epidemic diseases, and carcasses of animals which died of illness or died due to an unidentified cause must be disposed of according to the relevant provisions of the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department under the State Council and shall not be dealt with at will.

- 承运人必须凭检疫证明方可承运。 Any consignee must undertake the shipment on the strength of the quarantine certificate.
- 入境、出境的交通工具有下列情形之一的，应当由卫生检疫机关实施消毒、除鼠、除虫或者其他卫生处理。 Any conveyance waiting for entry or exit is subject to disinfectization, deratization, deinsectization and other necessary sanitization when found to be in any one of the following conditions:
- 买卖本法规定的烟草专卖生产企业许可证、烟草专卖经营许可证等许可证件和准运证的，比照刑法第一百一十七条的规定追究刑事责任。 Any enterprise or individual that purchases or sells the licenses prescribed in this Law such as those for tobacco monopoly production enterprises, tobacco monopoly business, as well as transportation permits, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility by applying mutatis mutandis the provisions of Article 117 of the Criminal Law.
- 持有特种烟草专卖经营企业许可证的企业，必须按照国务院烟草专卖行政主管部门的规定，向国务院烟草专卖行政主管部门报送进货、销售、库存的计划和报表。 Any enterprise with a special license for the tobacco monopoly operation enterprise must, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the department of tobacco monopoly administration under the State Council, submit to the department the plans and statements about its purchases, sales and stock.
- 烟叶收购合同应当约定烟叶种植面积。 Any leaf tobacco purchasing contract shall specify the agreed area for leaf tobacco plantation.
- 对违反本法的行为，任何人都有权检举和控告。 Any person shall have the right to inform the authorities and lodge a complaint about any violation of this Law.
- 从事动物疫病科学研究的单位应当按照国家有关规定，对实验动物严格管理，防止动物疫病传播。 Any unit engaging in scientific research on animal epidemics shall, according to the relevant state provisions, conduct strict management of experimental animals in order to prevent the spread of animal epidemics.
- 伪造检疫证明的，并处一万元以上三万元以下的罚款，违法所得超过三万元的，并处违法所得一倍以上三倍以下的罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 Anyone who forges the quarantine certificate shall be fined not less than RMB 10,000 yuan and not more than RMB 30,000 yuan; if the illegal gains exceed RMB 30,000 yuan, the offender shall be concurrently fined not less than the amount of the illegal gains and not more than three times of that amount. If a crime has been constituted, the offender shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
- 违反本法第十七条的规定，对经商检机构抽查检验不合格的出口商品擅自出口的，依照前款的规定处罚。 Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of Article 17 of this Law, purposely exports export commodities which have been found? substandard during a random inspection by the commodity inspection authorities, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- 违反本规定行为给他人造成损害的，应当依法承担民事赔偿责任。 Anyone whose doing has violated the provisions of these provisions and has cause damage to other people shall be held liable for civil damages.
- 如果外国交通工具的负责人拒绝接受卫生处理，除有特殊情况外，准许该交通工具在国境卫生检疫机关的监督下，立即离开中华人民共和国国境。 Apart from exceptional cases, when the person in charge of the foreign conveyance refuses to allow sanitation measures to be taken, the conveyance shall be allowed to leave the frontier of the People's Republic of China without delay under the supervision of the frontier health and quarantine office.
