- 违反档案法的规定，擅自出卖、转让国家所有的档案，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。 Whoever, in violation of the provisions of the Archives Law, sells or transfers without authorization State-owned archives, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention.
