- 2、投资项目下进口机电产品的，应提供项目投资主管机构出具的项目核准或者备案文件（复印件）； b.The project approval or file documents (copies) issued by competent authorities of project investment shall be provided if the mechanical and electronic products to be imported are under the investment project.
