- （五）不以船舶进行救助作业或者在被救船舶上进行救助作业的救助人，其责任限额按照总吨位为１５００吨的船舶计算。 (5) The limitation of liability for any salvor not operating from any ship or for any salvor operating solely on the ship to, or in respect of which, he is rendering salvage services, shall be calculated according to a gross tonnage of 1,500 tons.
- （五）被拍卖船舶的展示时间和地点； (5) time and place for display of the ship to be auctioned;
- （五）转口货物按保税货物处理，在复出口的条件下免税。 (5) transit goods shall be treated as bonded goods, and shall be exempted from duty if they are to be re-exported;

- （七）保税区内企业生产加工的产品出口，免征出口关税和生产环节的工商统一税（产 品税或增值税）。 (7) the exportation of products processed by enterprises in the bonded area shall be exempted from export duty and consolidated industrial and commercial tax in the production link (tax on products, or tax on added value).
- 本条所称航空运输期间，是指在机场内、民用航空器上或者机场外降落的任何地点，托运行李、货物处于承运人掌管之下的全部期间。 The period of the transport by air referred to in this Article means the whole period during which the checked baggage or cargo is in the charge of the carrier, whether in an airport or on board a civil aircraft, or, in the case of a landing outside the airport, in any place whatsoever.
- 委付不得附带任何条件。委付一经保险人接受，不得撤回。 The abandonment shall not be attached with any conditions. Once the abandonment is accepted by the insurer, it shall not be withdrawn.
- 缔约承运人的作为和不作为，缔约承运人的受雇人、代理人在受雇、代理范围内的作为和不作为，关系到实际承运人履行的运输的，应当视为实际承运人的作为和不作为； The acts and omissions of the contracting carrier and of his servants and agents acting within the scope of their employment shall, in relation to the transport performed by the actual carrier, be deemed to be also those of the actual carrier.
- 实际承运人应当对其履行的运输负责。 The actual carrier shall be responsible for the transport which he performs.
- 货物的实际价值，按照货物装船时的价值加保险费加运费计算。 The actual value shall be the value of the goods at the time of shipment plus insurance and freight.
- 仿印邮票图案的管理办法，由国务院邮政主管部门规定。 The administrative measures on making facsimiles of stamp patterns shall be formulated by the competent department of postal services under the State Council.
- 上述企业应对原材料、零部件、元器件及制成品等的进口、储存、出口、销售等情况，分别建立专门帐册，定期列表报送海关备查、核销。 The aforesaid enterprises shall set up specialized account books to keep separate records of the importation, storage, exportation, and marketing conditions of raw and processed materials, spare and component parts, primary parts and finished goods; and submit periodical statements to the Customs for future reference and for verification and cancellation.
- 在前款规定情形下，承运人及其受雇人、代理人的赔偿总额不得超过法定的赔偿责任限额。 The aggregate of the amounts recoverable from the carrier, his servants and agents, in the case provided in the preceding paragraph, shall not exceed the legal limits of liability.
- 受偿协议经海事法院裁定认可，具有法律效力。 The agreement on the repayment of debt shall be legally effective upon the approval by an order of the maritime court.
- 罚款数额按照国家有关海上交通管理处罚的规定执行。 The amount of compensation is to be determined in accordance with rules on punishments contained in sea navigation administrative regulations.
- 其人民币数额为法院判决之日、仲裁机构裁决之日或者当事人协议之日按照国家外汇主管机关规定的国际货币基金组织的特别提款权对人民币的换算办法计算得出的人民币数额。 the amount of the Chinese currency (RMB) in terms of the Special Drawing Right shall be that computed on the basis of the method of conversion established by the authorities in charge of foreign exchange control of this country on the date of the judgment by the court or the date of the award by the arbitration organization or the date mutually agreed upon by the parties.
- 前款规定的公告应当在当地主要报纸上刊登，并在拟新建、扩建机场周围地区张贴。 The announcement prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be published in main local newspapers, and posted in areas around the airport to be constructed or extended.
- 仲裁申请书应由申请人及/或申请人授权的代理人签名及/或盖章。 The Application for Arbitration shall be signed and/or stamped by the Claimant and/or the attorney authorized by the Claimant.
- 申请书应当载明申请理由，并附有关证据。 The application shall clearly set forth causes for application with relevant evidence attached thereto.
- 申请书应当载明请求保全的证据、该证据与海事请求的联系、申请理由。 The application shall clearly set forth the evidence to be preserved on application, the relation between the evidence and the maritime claim and causes for application.
- 申请书应当载明船舶的名称、申请船舶优先权催告的事实和理由。 The application shall specify the name of the ship, the facts of and reasons for applying for publicizing notice for assertion of maritime liens.
