- 搜寻援救民用航空器的具体办法，由国务院规定。 The specific measures for searching and rescuing civil aircraft shall be formulated by the State Council.
- 具体管理办法由国务院民用航空主管部门制定。 The specific method of control shall be formulated by the competent civil aviation authorities under the State Council.
- 具体数额由海事法院决定。 The specific quantity thereof shall be determined by the maritime court.
- 国家鼓励、引导国内外经济组织依法投资建设、经营公路。 The State encourages and guides domestic and foreign economic organizations to invest in the construction and operation of highways according to law.

Companies which engage in development and/or management of highways may, according to law and administrative decrees, raise funds by means of issuance of stocks or debentures.

- 国际航空运输运价的制定按照中华人民共和国政府与外国政府签订的协定、协议的规定执行； The tariff of international air transport shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the agreements signed between the Government of the People's Republic of China and foreign governments;
- 前款所称飞行中，是指自民用航空器为实际起飞而使用动力时起至着陆冲程终了时止； The term in flight mentioned in the preceding paragraph means the period beginning from the moment when power is applied by a civil aircraft for the purpose of actual takeoff until the moment when the landing run ends.
- 前款所称经营人，是指损害发生时使用民用航空器的人。民用航空器的使用权已经直接或者间接地授予他人，本人保留对该民用航空器的航行控制权的，本人仍被视为经营人。 The term operator mentioned in the preceding paragraph means the person who was making use of the civil aircraft at the time the damage was caused. However, if the control of the navigation of the civil aircraft was retained by the person from whom the right to make use of the civil aircraft was derived, whether directly or indirectly, that person shall still be considered the operator.
- 前款所称船舶，包括船舶属具。 The term ""ship"" as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall also include ship's apparel.
- 被拖方在起拖前和起拖当时，应当做好被拖物的拖航准备，谨慎处埋，使被拖物处于适拖状态，并向承拖方如实说明被拖物的情况，提供有关检验机构签发的被拖物适合拖航的证书和有关文件。 The tow party shall, before and at the beginning of the towage, make all necessary preparations therefor and shall exercise due diligence to make the object to be towed towworthy and shall give a true account of the object to be towed and provide the certificate of towworthiness and other documents issued by the relevant survey and inspection organizations.
- 民用航空器所有权的转让，应当签订书面合同。 The transference of the ownership of a civil aircraft shall be made by a contract in writing.
- 船舶所有权的转让，应当签订书面合同。 The transference of the ownership of a ship shall be made by a contract in writing.
- 未排除干扰前，应当停止使用该无线电台或者其他仪器、装置。 the use of such radio station or other instrument and device shall be stopped before the removal of the interference.
- 前款规定的价值不包括船员的获救的私人物品和旅客的获救的自带行李的价值。 The value prescribed in the preceding paragraph does not include the value of the salved personal belongings of the crew and that of the cabin luggage of the passengers.
- 仓储企业应建立进口、库存、转口、销售等专门帐册，定期列表报送海关核查。 The warehousing and storing enterprises shall keep specialized account books for import, storage, transit, and marketing, and submit periodical statements to the Customs for verification.
- 证人出庭作证应当提交必要的身份证明，接受当事人及其代理人的质询，回答本方和对方当事人或代理人提出的问题，具体程序由仲裁庭决定。 The witness shall submit necessary identification proof when appearing at the oral hearing, subject himself or herself to the inquiry of the parties and their attorneys and answer questions raised by the parties and their attorneys. The procedure to be applied shall be determined by the arbitration tribunal.

- 申请书应当包括以下内容： The written application shall contain the following:
- 笔录由仲裁员、记录人员、当事人和其他仲裁参与人签名或者盖章。 The written record shall be signed or sealed by the arbitrator(s), the recorder, the parties, and other participants in the arbitration, if any.
- 上述承运人应当对旅客、托运人或者收货人承担连带责任。 These carriers shall be jointly and severally liable to the passenger or to the shipper or consignee.
- 沉船沉物的所有人自行打捞或者聘请打捞机构打捞其在中国沿海水域的沉船沉物，不适用本办法。 These procedures are not applicable in cases that the sunken ships and sunken articles in China's coastal waters are salvaged by the owners themselves or agencies entrusted by the owners.
- 在中华人民共和国领域外从事民用航空活动的具有中华人民共和国国籍的民用航空器适用本条例；但是，中华人民共和国缔结或者参加的国际条约另有规定的除外。 These Regulations are applicable to civil aircraft possessing the nationality of the People's Republic of China engaged in civil aviation activities outside the territory of the People's Republic of China; unless it is otherwise provided in international treaties concluded or participated in by the People's Republic of China.
