- （３）凭发票领购簿核准的发票种类、数量以及购票方式，向主管税务机关领购发票。 (3) In line with the verified and approved kind, quantity and the method of purchasing invoices as indicated in the invoice receiving and purchasing books, they may receive and purchase invoices at the competent tax authorities.

- （三）对民办非企业单位违反本条例的问题进行监督检查，对民办非企业单位违反本条例的行为给予行政处罚。 (3) It shall carry out supervision and inspection of questions of people-run non-enterprise units in violation of these Regulations and impose administrative penalty on people-run non-enterprise units for acts in violation of these Regulations.
- （三）具有所在国家或者地区监管部门认定的托管资格，或者与境内托管人具有合作关系； (3) It shall have custody qualification certified by the supervisory authority of the country or region where it is located or has cooperative relationship with the domestic custodian;
- （三）取得境内证券投资基金托管业务资格； (3) It shall have obtained the professional qualification for keeping custody of domestic securities investment fund;
- （三）董事长（理事长）或总经理变动； (3) Its board chairman (governor-general) or general manger changes;
- （三）符合国家法律、法规和政策规定的经营范围。 (3) its business scope being in conformity with provisions of laws, regulation s and policies of the State.
