- 第十条 属于限制进口的技术，实行许可证管理；未经许可，不得进口。 Article 10. Technologies restricted from import shall be subject to the license administration; any technology for which no license is granted shall not be imported.

- 第一百零一条 企业的发票和收款凭证，须经当地税务机关批准，方可印制、使用。企业的发票和收款凭证的印制和使用管理办法，由国家税务局制定。 Article 101 Invoices and certificates of receipts of enterprises shall be subjected to approval by the local tax authorities prior to printing and use. Administrative measures in respect of the printing and use of invoices and certificates of receipts of enterprises shall be formulated by the State Tax Bureau.
- 第一百零一条 除人寿保险业务外，保险公司应当将其承保的每笔保险业务的百分之二十按照国家有关规定办理再保险。 Article 101 With the exception of life insurance business, an insurance company shall reinsure twenty (20) percent of each insurance contract it underwrites in accordance with the relevant State regulations.

- 第一百零二条 企业所得税申报表和纳税凭证，由国家税务局统一印制。 Article 102 All enterprise income tax returns and certificates of tax payments shall be printed by the State Tax Bureau.
- 第一百零二条标的物提存后，除债权人下落不明的以外，债务人应当及时通知债权人或者债权人的继承人、监护人。 Article 102 Duty to Notify in Case of Escrow After placing the subject matter in escrow, the obligor shall timely notify the obligee or his heir or guardian, except where the obligee cannot be located.
- 第一百零一条 票据丧失时，失票人请求保全票据权利的程序，适用付款地法律。 Article 102 In the case of loss of a negotiable instrument, the law of the place of payment shall apply to the procedure for application by the person who lost the instrument for preservation of rights on the instrument.
- 第一百零二条：股份有限公司由股东组成股东大会。股东大会是公司的权力机构，依照本法行使职权。 Article 102 The shareholders' General Committee of a joint stock limited company is composed of all shareholders. The shareholders' general committee is the company's organ of authority, and shall exercise its authorities in accordance herewith.
- 第一百零二条 保险公司需要办理再保险分出业务的，应当优先向中国境内的保险公司办理。 Article 102 Where an insurance company needs to place outward reinsurance business, it shall give priority to insurance companies established within the territory of the PRC.
- 第一百零二条因违法行为或者违纪行为被开除的证券交易所、证券登记结算机构、证券公司的从业人员和被开除的国家机关工作人员，不得招聘为证券交易所的从业人员。 Article 102. Employees of a stock exchange, securities registration or account balancing institution, or securities company who have been dismissed due to practices in violation of the law or of discipline, or dismissed state organ employees shall not be recruited as employees of a stock exchange.
- 第一百零三条 企业缴纳税款期限和报送报表期限的最后一天是星期日或者其他法定休假日的，以休假日的次日为期限的最后一天。 Article 103 If the final day of the period for payment of tax and the period for filing of a tax return falls on a Sunday or a legal holiday, the day following the holiday shall be used as the last day of the period.
- 第一百零三条标的物提存后，毁损、灭失的风险由债权人承担。提存期间，标的物的孳息归债权人所有。提存费用由债权人负担。 Article 103 Risk of Loss; Fruits of Subject Matter Accrued during Escrow Once the subject matter is in escrow, the risk of its damage or loss is borne by the obligee. The fruits of the subject matter accrued during escrow belong to the obligee. Escrow expenses shall be borne by the obligee.
- 第一百零三条 金融监督管理部门有权限制或者禁止保险公司向中国境外的保险公司办理再保险分出业务或者接受中国境外再保险分入业务。 Article 103 The financial supervision and regulation department shall have the authority to restrict or prohibit insurance companies from ceding any outward reinsurance business to insurance companies established without the territory of the PRC or from accepting any inward reinsurance business from insurance companies established without the territory of the PRC.
